Important information to know before booking your appointment

RESTRICTIONS FOR PMU
If you have any of the following, you may not be a good candidate for this treatment.
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
- Allergies to topical anaesthetics
- Keloid scarring
- Keratosis, facial psoriasis or eczema near the treated area (rashes, acne, sunburn, etc.)
- If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or hepatitis
- Accutane in the past year
- Viral infections and/ or diseases
- Chemical peel within the last few weeks
- Medications, treatments, or illness that compromises the immune system
- Diabetes, Chemotherapy and any other Medical conditions consult your doctor (must provide doctor's note)
NEW CLIENTS WITH PREVIOUS WORK DONE:
Any new client with previous work done by another artist must receive approval before booking an appointment. Please TEXT 815.592.6310 attaching clear photos of your eyebrows + all contact info. $100-$150 additional correction charges may apply.
POLICY & CANCELLATION
- Any no show without given notice will be charged 100% of the value of your appointment.
- Healed results will vary between each individual client based on skin type and condition, bone structure, health, immune system, metabolism, lifestyle and the amount of existing hair.
- This is a “low” maintenance treatment not a “No” maintenance treatment. Using a pencil or powder may still be needed. Fading, blurring or poor retention can still occur.
- Touch Ups are recommended for optimal results and are charged accordingly by sessions and timeframe not by the amount of work.
- A $100 deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session, and is non-refundable.
- All appointments and booking fee deposits are NON REFUNDABLE NON TRANSFERABLE.
- We require 3 days notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment. Only 1 rescheduling is allowed. A fee will be applied if you reschedule your touchup.
- Pricing is subject to change at any given time without notice.
- 15 minutes late or over will result in a late arrival charge of $50 for Jr. Artists and $100 for Master Artist IF we accept your appointment after being 15 minutes late. This may also result in rescheduling and forfeiting your deposit. Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
- We are not liable for any changes or adjustments after you have finalized your decision with the method, shape and color. Additional charges will apply to any additional changes.
- If you have a serious medical condition you must come with a doctor’s note stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with cosmetic tattooing. The Beauty Parlor will not be held accountable for any unforeseen situations during your session.
- Absolutely no kids or pets allowed.
- We reserve the right to refuse any service at any given time.
DEPOSITS. must be paid within an hour of making the appointment or it will be released back to the public. all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! You are allowed to reschedule 1 time within 72 hours of your appointment. then a $50 rescheduling fee will apply anytime afterwards.

NANOBLADING aka nano/nano brows is NOT the same as microblading. the difference is that NANO is less traumatic procedure to the skin, can last up to 3 years(blading is only up to 18 months but typically is touched up every YEAR instead of 2-3 years that machine work offers), and can continue to be touched up, blading is only supposed to be done 4 times then switch to nano or shading. microblading is also only good for dry skin, where nano is acceptable for ALL SKIN TYPES!
brow deposit
this must be paid immediately after booking your appointment or your scheduled time will be released back to the public to book, your deposit is non-refundable.

-Please AVOID blood thinning medications 24 hours prior to treatment ASPIRIN IBUPROFEN ADVIL and other anti-inflammatory drugs
-Brow waxing may be performed no less than 48 hours before the procedure.
